By accessing or using eFaktura (the "Service"), provided by Webkom AB ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
eFaktura is an online invoicing solution that allows registered users to generate, manage, and dispatch billing invoices and receipts to their customers.
To facilitate the delivery of invoices, eFaktura offers an integration allowing you to connect your Google Account via Google OAuth to dispatch emails directly from your own Gmail address.
When you connect your Google Account to eFaktura:
Scope of Authority: You grant eFaktura authorization to access your basic account credentials (openid, email, profile) for login purposes and the Gmail API ([https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send](https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send)) solely to compose and dispatch invoices on your explicit instruction.
No Access to Unrelated Data: eFaktura does not read, index, or store your incoming inbox messages, email history, contacts, or drafts.
Revocation of Access: You can revoke eFaktura's access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account Security Settings. Revoking access does not delete your eFaktura account, but will disable the automated email delivery feature until reconnected.
Compliance with Google Policies: Our use and handling of Google user data strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
By using eFaktura, you agree that:
Lawful Content: You will only use the Service to send legitimate invoices, billing statements, and related business communications.
Anti-Spam Compliance: You will not use the Service or the connected Gmail integration to send unsolicited messages, spam, phishing attempts, malware, or deceptive communications.
Accuracy of Invoices: You remain solely responsible for the legal validity, tax compliance, and accuracy of the financial information contained within your invoices.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring that unauthorized parties do not access your eFaktura account.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing use of the Service and requesting account deletion via info@webkom.se.
By Webkom AB: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to eFaktura immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the email integration, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
All software, user interfaces, branding, and proprietary assets of eFaktura remain the exclusive intellectual property of Webkom AB. You retain full ownership of all business records, client information, and invoice data you upload or generate through the platform.
"As-Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Webkom AB makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or delivery guarantees by third-party mail providers (including Google).
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webkom AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including undelivered invoice emails or payment disputes between you and your customers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court in Uppsala, Sweden.
